Odawara Citizens'Exchange Center UMECO is a facility where various people such as citizens, civic activity groups, and businesses interact and collaborate. With the basic concept of "connecting," we aim to become a place where actions can be linked to social contributions, from a place where we can create connections. The main facilities are the "Citizen Activity Plaza" (free of charge), which combines an "exchange area" that anyone can use at any time and an "activity area" that registered groups use by appointment. In addition, there are 9 meeting rooms (for a fee), which can be used for various meetings and events according to the purpose and number of people.
