MUSEUM HAUS KASUYA

The museum was opened in April 1994 as a private museum of contemporary art. We hold seminars, tea ceremonies, symposiums, concerts, etc., centering on the ongoing solo exhibitions of artists so that you can feel the contemporary art that you are not familiar with. We are trying to create a space where visitors can spend their time in their own way. Take a break from your daily routine and spend a relaxing time in the tea lounge surrounded by bamboo grove. In addition to special exhibitions held every two to three months, Nam June Paik, Lee Ufan, etc., centered on the collection of Joseph Beuys (Germany), one of the representative artists of the postwar period, which is rarely seen in Japan. The works are on permanent display.
