Yoneya Charabuki Honpo

Since it was founded as a rice shop during the Anei era (1772-81), it is a Tsukudani restaurant that still retains its name. Charabuki is a butterbur that grows naturally in Noyama and is boiled down in soy sauce. It used to be a preserved food for monks. It has a slight butterbur scent and bitterness. Homemade handmade charabuki 1 bag 525 yen. In addition, there are about 15 types of tsukudani such as shimeji mushrooms, butterbur sprout, and bamboo shoots.
