Ishigakiyama was originally called "Kasagakeyama", but in 1590 Toyotomi Hideyoshi surrounded Mr. Hojo Odawara with a horde of 150,000 land and water, and built the castle of Ishigaki as its headquarters. Therefore, it came to be called "Ishigakiyama". This castle is called Ishigakiyama Ichiya Castle or Taiko Ichiya Castle in the world when Hideyoshi built it, and built a wall or turret frame in the forest at the top of the mountain, and put a blank sheet of paper to make it look like a white wall. It is said that the soldiers in Odawara Castle who saw the trees cut down around them were surprised and lost their morale. However, in reality, a total of 40,000 people were mobilized, and about 80 days were spent from April to June 1818. Hideyoshi invited Yodo-kun and other concubines, Sen no Rikyu, and Noh actors to a tea ceremony at this castle, and welcomed the emperor's messenger. This castle was the first castle in the Kanto region to be built with a total stone wall, and the masonry was said to be Nozomi by the Anō-shu of Omi, and it is said that it was a full-scale stance prepared for a long-term war. Even today, the remnants of those days are very well preserved. This area is designated as a national park area and a national historic site. <Access> About a 50-minute walk from "Hayakawa Station" on the JR Tokaido Main Line
