It was part of a Japanese mansion built from 1904 to about five years and was moved to this area in 1977. It is the only precious wooden Western-style building that remains in Yokohama City, and is now a museum that conveys Yokohama from the Meiji era to the Taisho era. Nishiki-e (Yokohama-e) depicting the state at the time of the opening of the port, manga prototype / ponchi-e, gearman, organ, gramophone and 1/150 model of the panoramic view of the foreigner's graveyard are exhibited with explanations. There is also a rich collection of furniture and tableware that will make you feel at home when the port opened.
