A Spanish-style Western-style building with a large lawn garden facing Wasinzaka-dori in Yamate. It was built in 1926 as the residence of Mr. Raffin, an American. Although it looks like a two-story building from the front, the first basement floor was also created by taking advantage of the slope. On the first floor is a stairwell hall and a dining room overlooking the sea. Now, after enjoying the beautiful building, you can enjoy a relaxing tea time on the first basement floor.
