Appare Gyoza is a gyoza specialty store that uses carefully selected domestic ingredients. We use plenty of garlic from Takko, Aomori Prefecture. The chewy and crispy skin is made from an original blend of wheat flour, and is handmade at the store every day with a focus on freshness.
