A long-established bakery founded in 1889 in the northern French city of Lille, it has continued for five generations. PAUL has been through Maison de Qualité, always delivering high quality bread, and Rustic Chic, rustic and fashionable. While preserving traditional bakery recipes and interiors, we have developed Viennoiserie (Danish pastry), confectionery, cafe / restaurant menus, and have approximately 740 stores throughout France and around the world.
