YOKOHAMA MINATO MIRAI21

Jingashita Valley Park

On the southwest side of the intersection of Loop Route 2 and the Katabira River, a natural valley lives alongside modern roads. The place name under Jingashita is said to be derived from the fact that Yoshimori Wada, a vassal of Minamoto no Yoritomo, set up a hunting camp in this area. The forest where the sunlight shines through, the cool stream of water, and the rocky areas eroded by the water are the only ones in Yokohama that maintain the scenery as a valley. * Please do not enter the private land. ● Access [Walk] 15 minutes walk from Sotetsu Main Line "Kamihoshikawa" Station [Bus] Bus service available from Yokohama Station West Exit, Sotetsu Main Line "Wadamachi" Station, "Tsurugamine" Station
