Nakazawa Sake Brewery is a long-established store founded in the 8th year of Bunsei in the Edo period. It has a long history of delivering sake to Odawara Castle as a merchant of the Odawara clan, and now it is a representative brand of the brewery, in addition to the Junmai Ginjo "Kotohime" using the prefecture's rice "Wakamizu". "Matsu Midori" is also very popular. Tasting and sales are also available at the adjacent exhibition storehouse, and you can also tour the sake brewery from May to October. (Reservation required)
