A full-scale resort hotel located in an excellent location on the shores of Lake Ashi in Hakone. It is built on the site of the villa of Baron Koyata Iwasaki, the 4th president of the Mitsubishi zaibatsu. All rooms face Lake Ashi, and Mt. Fuji can be seen from the garden. Tsutsuji-no-Yu, the only large public bath in Lake Ashi that draws its own source, was renewed in 2015. You can enjoy French cuisine prepared by the chef who trained at a 3-star restaurant in France, or Japanese cuisine with authentic kaiseki cuisine. In the garden, you can enjoy seasonal flowers, including azaleas in May.
