An outdoor space for live performances, concerts, and various promotions. The oldest existing stone dock for commercial ships in Japan, the "former Yokohama Ship Dock No. 2 Dock," has been restored and used as an asset to be passed down to posterity.
The spacious promenade that connects the current Sakuragicho and Shinko districts is the "Kisha-michi". It was constructed as a promenade in 1998, leaving a part of the rails of the Yokohama Rinko Line and three truss bridges laid for freight transportation to the port in 1911.
Nippon Maru was built in 1930. It was being used as a training ship for fifty-four years. Currently it is opened for public and marine classes are also held here. It is next to the Yokohama Port Museum, where you can learn and enjoy the history of Yokohama Harbor.
