  Atami station

  Within 20 minutes ride from Minato Mirai station (Minato Mirai line) or Sakuragicho station is Shin-Yokohama station, the starting point of Tokaido bullet train. Transfer to it and in 20 minutes you'll arrive in your destination point - Atami city. The city offers a variety of attractions, including the beautiful nature and a family friendly Sun Beach, a one-day trip to Hatsushima island, Odawara castle and Ashigara hot spring. During summer the city attracts thousands of visitors coming to enjoy Atami fireworks.

  Fuji Shizuoka Airport

  Tokyo, Mt.Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka - "golden route"of Japan! Located between the most famous travel destinations, Shizuoka airport connects Kanto and Kansai regions of Japan and is especially popular with foreign tourists. Starting at Minato Mirai station (Minato Mirai line) or Sakuragicho station, you'll reach Shin-Yokohama station in 20 minutes, transfer to Tokaido Shinkansen "Hikari" and reach Shizuoka station within 43 minutes. From Shizuoka station take a bus to Shizuoka airport (54 minutes). The good opportunity to take a ride on a speedy bullet train, enjoying the beautiful scenery and a gorgeous Mt. Fuji, reaching its top to the sky.

  Fuji Mountain

  Mountain Fuji, reaching the clouds, is the the heart and spiritual center of Japan since ancient times. This 12,380 ft high volcano is world renowned for its beauty and symmetry. On a fine day Mt.Fuji can be easily observed from Sky Garden, located on the 69th floor of Landmark tower and Osanbashi International Passenger Terminal in Yokohama. To get to Mt.Fuji from Yokohama, use Minato Mirai or JR line. Total travel time is about 3 hours. From near or far, from observation place, plane or at its foot, one cannot look at Mt. Fuji without marveling at its majesty and gentle beauty.
