Ninomiya Town Lifelong Learning Center Radian

The Ninomiya Town Lifelong Learning Center (Radian) was opened in 2000 as a base for cultural promotion and lifelong learning projects, and for the purpose of community development and regional revitalization. Extensive facilities such as a concert hall with a capacity of 531 people and a library are a fun gathering place for the townspeople. The name "radiant" comes from the English word "radiant / radiant, smiling". It is used for recitals, club activities, and exhibitions of hobby works, and lively events such as "Sunday Morning Market" are held at the outdoor event plaza.
