Opened in March 2003. This museum houses approximately 2,500 archaeological, historical, artistic, and folk materials and 25,000 documents donated by the orientalist Namio Egami to Yokohama. The cultures of various parts of Eurasia are displayed in the "Desert and Grassland", "Color and Shape", "Skill", "Pretending", "Communicating" and "Exchange" corners.
